While we proudly stand behind our product, we know that sometimes purchase decisions just don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. Please review our return policy outlined below for your convenience and peace of mind. 

Initiating a Return

To start the return process, please contact us at support@thewanderful.co along with the receipt or proof of purchase. We will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

We'll provide you with a unique Return ID number, which must be clearly written on the package for easy identification upon arrival. Please ensure the Return ID is visible, as returns without proper identification are not eligible for a refund.

Conditions for Return

For a return to be accepted, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled with no visible signs of use, and in its original plastic packaging, with all tags and documentation intact. Returns are not accepted on products that have been installed or modified. This would include items like bug screens that have been installed.

If your order consists of multiple items sold as a set, all pieces must be returned together to qualify for a refund. (e.g. Rear Set = Driver Side, Passenger Side & Storage Bag)

Refund Eligibility

Your item must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to be eligible for a refund. Items not meeting this condition upon review may be subject to a restocking fee of $50 per item. This includes wear and tear, as well as the packaging and literature that is delivered with your order. If the plastic packaging is ripped open or missing, the restocking fee will be applied.

Items determined to be unsellable upon inspection will regrettably not qualify for a refund and will not be returned to you. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, excluding original and return shipping fees.

We kindly ask for 10-15 business days upon receiving the return to process your refund.   

The Wanderful does not cover:

  • Original shipping fees
  • Return shipping fees

Any shipping costs incurred by The Wanderful that were shipped for free will be deducted from your refund. The Wanderful will, of course, cover all shipping costs for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds will be issued exclusively to the original method of payment provided during the initial transaction. The Wanderful is unable to accommodate requests for updates or changes to bank or credit card details for refund processing.

Please be aware that while we diligently await the arrival of your returned item, we cannot guarantee its receipt. The refund process will only commence once we've inspected the package. Please note that should your package fail to reach our warehouse, we regrettably cannot accept responsibility.

International Shipments

Shipments rejected at customs due to customer request or refusal to pay duties are not considered to be a return. Voluntarily rejected shipments are subject to these terms.

2-Year Workmanship Warranty

If any part of your Wanderful product seems to be defective or not working as intended within 2 years of your purchase, contact us at  support@thewanderful.co for assistance.  Warranty claims will be either corrected or replaced with similar parts (subject to availability) or current version parts. In the event a product is discontinued, reasonable attempts will be made to fix any issues. If the item cannot be fixed or is subject to replacement and the product no longer exists, store credit will be issued.

This warranty does not cover customer abuse, cosmetic damage, or fabric coatings.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
