If you're not happy with your Wanderful purchase, just send it back for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. 

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Condition: Return new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in the same condition that you received it, with no visible signs of use, and in their original packaging including all literature/documentation/plastic packaging and original tags intact.  Items not returned in perfect condition are subject to a $50 restocking fee or no refund if deemed unsellable upon review. There are no restocking fees on product returns that meet the above conditions. 
  • Product Sets: If your order came as a set (e.g. Front Set = Windshield, Driver, Passenger & Storage Bag), all set pieces must be returned together.
  • Identification of Return: When sending items back to The Wanderful, you must first submit a request to support@thewanderful.co and wait for a Return ID to be assigned to you. The Return ID allows us to identify your return and associate it to your order. The ID needs to be visible on the package before sending it back. Failure to do so will mean we are unable to process your refund.
  • Fees: The Wanderful does not cover original shipping fees or return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Upon receiving the item in the condition in which it was shipped, we will process a refund to your original method of payment, minus the cost of the original shipment and the return shipment (if we supplied the return label). 

We kindly ask for 10-15 business days upon receiving the order to process your refund.   

 

Restocking Fee
Our restocking fee is implemented to cover the costs involved in inspecting, processing, and preparing returned items for resale. This includes wear and tear, as well as the packaging and literature that is delivered with your order. If the packaging is ripped open or missing, the restocking fee will be applied.

 

International Shipments
Shipments rejected at customs due to customer request or refusal to pay duties are not considered to be a return. Voluntarily rejected shipments are subject to these terms.

 

How to return an order to The Wanderful

To initiate a return, please contact support@thewanderful.co and include your name, order number, and original order confirmation. We will let you know what the next steps are via email. 

For Domestic US orders, we will supply a return shipping label for you to use.

For International orders, you are responsible for shipping the order back to The Wanderful. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot issue a refund until we have received and inspected the package.  

     

    2-Year Workmanship Warranty

    If any part of your Wanderful product seems to be defective or not working as intended within 2 years of your purchase, contact us at support@thewanderful.co. Whether it be with a refund, repair, or replacement of equal value, we'll get that sorted out for you. This warranty does not cover customer abuse, cosmetic damage, or fabric coatings. 

     

    How to make a warranty claim

    Please contact support@thewanderful.co to make a warranty claim. Include your name and order number, original order confirmation, or a photo/scan of your original purchase receipt. Because we always try to take care of our customers, The Wanderful may still consider warranty claims that do not meet the above requirements. If you have an issue beyond the warranty period or don't have your original receipt, reach out to support@thewanderful.co with your issue and we will determine if we can still cover the issue under warranty.
