No, the StealthShade Privacy Curtain is fully removable.
However, installation does require a few simple modifications:
– Secure the rod to your headliner shelf with screws/bolts
– Attach the circular magnetic mounts to your van’s B-pillars

The StealthShade Privacy curtain is a game changer in our van. We live in it full-time, so some days, it's abnormally cold or hot and this curtain creates a great thermal barrier between the cab and the van, allowing it to stay much more temperate and comfortable! It's made exceptionally well like all Wanderful products and is very easy to deploy. Just slide it across the metal bar and then magnet it to the other side. It really shines in conjunction with the window covers, adding privacy and insulation! We highly recommend!

After measuring your curtain, it seemed to fit perfectly. It is an amazing product. We use the tie-downs on the driver side only, same as your installation video. Great product.
